Elite Sales Operator (ESO) is a software application designed to assist sales professionals with research, scripting, and workflow automation.

Not a Replacement for Judgment: The "Armory" and "HUD" generate responses based on Artificial Intelligence (LLMs). While highly advanced, AI can occasionally generate incorrect, biased, or nonsensical information ("hallucinations").
User Responsibility: You are the "Pilot in Command." You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any script, statistic, or claim generated by the ESO HUD before you say it to a prospect. We are not liable for the consequences of you repeating incorrect information generated by the tool.

2. EARNINGS & RESULTS DISCLAIMER

We make every effort to accurately represent this product and its potential to improve your sales efficiency. However:

No Income Guarantees: There is no guarantee that you will earn any money using this software. Examples of "5x ROI," "Doubling Commission," or specific earnings (e.g., "$10k months") used in our marketing are aspirational statements or results from specific high-performing users. They are not a guarantee of your results.
Your Results Will Vary: Your success depends on your background, your work ethic, the quality of the product you sell, and market conditions. The average person who buys "sales software" gets little to no results because they often fail to implement the tool consistent with the training.

3. LEGAL & COMPLIANCE DISCLAIMER (CALL RECORDING)

Two-Party Consent Laws: If you use any feature of ESO to transcribe or analyze live audio, YOU are responsible for knowing and obeying the laws of your jurisdiction regarding call recording and wiretapping. Many states and countries require you to notify the other party that the call is being processed/recorded. Elite Sales Operator assumes no liability for your failure to obtain consent.
Company Policy: If you are a W2 employee, you are responsible for ensuring that using this tool complies with your employer's IT and Security policies. We are not responsible if your employment is terminated due to the unauthorized use of third-party software.
